The buyer's agent
Someone who, at that table, defends only your side
Who does your agent represent?
In most operations, the agent works for the seller. We work for you. We analyse the property, negotiate your price and make sure the purchase is firm.
What is not listed yet
We reach properties before they hit the portals, through other agents and our network of contacts.
Saving you can see
We spot the weak points of each property and use them to negotiate a reduction that usually exceeds our fee.
No conflict of interest
We have no portfolio of our own to place with you. Our only client in the operation is you, the buyer.
Frequently asked questions
A professional who works exclusively for the buyer. Unlike an agency that wants to sell its own portfolio, we search the whole market (private sellers, other agencies, banks) for the property that matches what you need.
Normally, no. The aim is for you to save: we negotiate the final price to get a reduction that in most cases more than covers our fee, and you also avoid buying a property with problems.
Many owners do not want to publish their home, for discretion. Other agents and industry contacts let us know about those properties before they reach the open market.
All of it: review of charges, earnest-money contract, coordination with the notary and a check of the property's real condition. You just decide which one convinces you.
